1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing numbohome.com or placing an order with NUMBO, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or place any orders.

2. About NUMBO

NUMBO is a design-driven manufacturer based in Zhongshan, Guangdong, China. We specialize in original-design lighting, furniture, and décor products, offering both standard collections and custom manufacturing services. Our products are designed and crafted in our 4,500 m² facility.

3. Orders and Pricing

3.1 Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance by NUMBO. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion. Order confirmation does not constitute acceptance until we issue a formal proforma invoice or shipping confirmation.

3.2 Pricing

• All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated
• Prices are FOB Zhongshan unless a different Incoterm is agreed upon
• Prices do not include import duties, taxes, or customs fees in the destination country
• We reserve the right to adjust prices without prior notice; however, confirmed orders will be honored at the agreed price

3.3 Payment Terms

• Standard orders: 30% deposit upon order confirmation, 70% balance before shipment
• Custom orders: 50% deposit upon design approval, 50% balance before shipment
• Payment methods: T/T (bank transfer), Western Union, or other methods agreed in writing
• All bank transfer fees are borne by the buyer unless otherwise negotiated

4. Custom and Made-to-Order Products

NUMBO offers custom manufacturing services (our “Custom Program”). For all custom and made-to-order products:

• A detailed specification sheet and design drawing must be approved by both parties before production begins
• Custom products are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has commenced, except in cases of manufacturing defects
• Production lead times for custom orders are estimates and may vary based on complexity and material availability
• Minor variations in color, texture, and dimensions are inherent in handcrafted products and are not considered defects
• Sample approval may be required before bulk production, depending on the order scope

5. Shipping and Delivery

• Delivery timelines are estimates from the date of deposit receipt and production confirmation
• NUMBO is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance, force majeure events, or carrier issues beyond our control
• Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier (FOB terms) or as per the agreed Incoterm

6. Returns, Refunds, and Claims

6.1 Standard Products

Unused standard products in original packaging may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, subject to a restocking fee. Buyer bears return shipping costs.

6.2 Damaged or Defective Products

• Claims for damaged or defective products must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
• Photographic evidence of the damage and packaging is required
• NUMBO will, at our discretion, offer a replacement, partial refund, or credit toward future orders

6.3 Custom Products

As stated in Section 4, custom and made-to-order products are non-refundable. In the event of a verified manufacturing defect, NUMBO will repair or replace the affected item at no additional cost.

7. Intellectual Property

• All product designs, images, content, and branding on this website are the intellectual property of NUMBO
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our designs, images, or content without prior written consent
• Custom designs developed collaboratively with clients remain the intellectual property of NUMBO unless a separate IP agreement is signed

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NUMBO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product in question.

9. Product Use and Safety

• Lighting products must be installed by a qualified electrician in accordance with local electrical codes
• NUMBO is not responsible for damage or injury resulting from improper installation, misuse, or modification of our products
• Product specifications (dimensions, weight, wattage) are provided as guides; minor tolerances may apply

10. Website Use

• You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes
• You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, interfere with the website’s operation, or use automated tools to scrape content
• Account registration requires accurate and current information; you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) in Shenzhen.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our website or placing new orders after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
