Shipping & Delivery

1. Shipping Origin

All orders are shipped from our manufacturing facility in Guzhen Town, Zhongshan, Guangdong, China. Products are inspected, packaged, and prepared for international shipping at our 4,500 m² facility before dispatch.

2. Production Lead Times

Before shipping, products go through a production and quality control phase:

• In-stock standard products: 3–7 business days for QC inspection and packaging
• Made-to-order standard products: 25–45 business days depending on the product category
• Custom / bespoke products: 30–60 business days depending on design complexity and material sourcing

Lead times begin after deposit payment is received and, for custom orders, after design specifications are formally approved by both parties.

3. Shipping Methods

3.1 Sea Freight (Most Popular for B2B)

• Best for: bulk orders, large furniture, and heavy items
• LCL (Less than Container Load): Suitable for smaller orders; typically 25–45 days transit
• FCL (Full Container Load): Best for large orders; typically 20–35 days transit
• Shipping terms: FOB Zhongshan (default), CIF, DDP available upon request

3.2 Air Freight

• Best for: time-sensitive orders, lighting fixtures, and smaller décor items
• Transit time: 5–10 business days to most international destinations
• Cost-effective for orders under 200 kg

3.3 Express Courier

• Best for: samples, small accessories, and urgent replacement parts
• Carriers: DHL, FedEx, UPS, and SF Express
• Transit time: 3–7 business days worldwide
• Door-to-door delivery with full tracking

4. Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight, volume (CBM), destination, and chosen shipping method
• A detailed shipping quote is provided before order confirmation
• For FOB orders, shipping from the factory to the port of origin is included in the product price
• Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees at the destination are the responsibility of the buyer

5. Packaging

We take packaging seriously. Every NUMBO product is prepared for international transit:

• Lighting: Individual foam inserts, reinforced cardboard cartons, and “fragile” labeling
• Furniture: Multi-layer wrapping with foam, bubble wrap, and wooden crating for large pieces
• Décor & accessories: Cushioned inner packaging within sturdy outer cartons
• Palletized and shrink-wrapped for sea freight LCL shipments

6. Tracking and Updates

• Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the carrier name, tracking number, and estimated delivery date
• For sea freight shipments, we provide container tracking information and estimated port arrival dates
• Our team will proactively update you if there are any delays or changes to the shipping schedule

7. Customs and Import Duties

• International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country
• These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our product pricing
• NUMBO provides all necessary commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin to facilitate smooth customs clearance
• We recommend consulting with your local customs broker to understand applicable fees before placing an order

8. Delivery Issues

• If your shipment arrives damaged, please document the damage with photos (including packaging) and notify us within 7 days of delivery
• For lost shipments, we will work with the carrier to locate the package and, if necessary, arrange a replacement
• Signature may be required upon delivery; please ensure someone is available to receive the shipment

9. Force Majeure

NUMBO shall not be held liable for shipping delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, port congestion, customs holds, government restrictions, or carrier disruptions.
